Jan 28 Colombo- The unparallel victory for President Mahinda Rajapaksa at the historic post-war presidential election endorses Sri Lankan people's commitment to peace in a united country, the Presidential Secretariat said. Issuing a statement on the President's reelection for another six-year term with a wide mandate, the President's office said Wednesday that he intends to build on the peace already achieved and move towards a full reconciliation program, to ensure that the country is respected around the world for justice and equality of rights.
