Beautiful Elizabeth Thadikaran won the heart of the judges, winning the title of Hair O Max Miss Kerala 2011 while Shruthi Nair was the first runner up and Maria John the second runner up at a glittering ceremony held at Le Meridian which went on till Saturday midnight.
