The 85th Academy Awards ceremony took place February 24, 2013.
Life of Pi has won four awards, including Ang Lee's Best Director. Argo won three awards, including Best Picture. Les Misérables also won three awards. Django Unchained, Lincoln, and Skyfall each won two awards. Other winners with one award each were Silver Linings Playbook, Brave, Zero Dark Thirty, Anna Karenina, Searching for Sugar Man, Inocente, Curfew, Amour, and Paperman. Jennifer Lawrence won the Best Actress award for her role in Silver Linings Playbook, becoming the second youngest winner in the category. Daniel Day-Lewis won a third Best Actor award for portraying the titular character in Lincoln.
