Popular Malayalam film actress Kalpana Ranjani, known as Kalpana is no more. She passed away in Hyderabad on Monday(25.1.2016). She was sister of versatile actress Urvashi. Kalpana was 51-year-old. She is survived by son Kumar Sreemayi, sisters Urvashi, Kalaranjini, brothers Kamal Roy, Prince Nair. Kalpana had bagged the National Award for the Best Supporting Actress for her performance in 2012 Malayalam movie “Thanichalla Njan”. She had acted in over 300 films and was popular face cutting across regional language films.
